- Manage the restructuring and improvement processes for our portfolio companies on-site to implement and improve sound cash management processes on-site
- Collaborate closely with the local CFO/CRO and TMO lead on the preparation of turnaround concepts by performing strong financial analyses, preparing integrated financial models and challenging and assessing business cases
- Prepare and execute financing solutions (factoring, asset-based funding, credit lines)
- Improve financial statement closing and other finance/controlling processes and assist in the preparation of financial statements and audit
- Manage the relationship with external stakeholders (auditors, financial advisers, banks, credit insurers, etc.)

Within our OPS team, we are looking to hire a leader within the DACH region who has a successful track record in Finance with a continuous improvement attitude and an entrepreneurial mindset. This role will be located at portfolio companies, on site across Europe.
