As we expand our footprint and continue our growth journey, we are looking for a professional and driven part-time Office Manager (m/f/d) to join our team. At Mutares, you’ll have the opportunity to represent our company, working alongside industry experts and ensuring the efficient operation of our office. Your Tasks:

  • Oversee front desk operations, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for all visitors and staff
  • Coordinate day-to-day office operations by handling general administrative duties
  • Manage office supply inventory and place orders as needed
  • Support the Human Resources department with payroll processing and manage employee records
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

Your Profile:

  • Entry-Level position, previous experience is a plus
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor with a professional appearance and a strong service-oriented mindset
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English combined with a high level of discretion and professionalism
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
